Hope for Homeowners Update!
January 30th, 2009 5:49 PM

It has now been four months since the release of the Federal Housing Administrations Hope For Homeowners (H4H) program. Up to this point I have only been able to update you with the fact that there are not any lenders (banks) funding this program.

I know that this has been disheartening for many of us.

However, I am hearing more and more information about the program. I am now hearing that companies are funding this program on rare occasions, but it is becoming more and more common. (Giving us HOPE as the program implies!)

With this in mind I am going to again be contacting the Federal Housing Administration, along with all of the major lending banks in the U.S. to look for funding sources for this program. I will be doing this early next week. (Feb2nd)

With any luck I may be able to help soon.

Look to hear from me early next week.
